Internal Family Systems (IFS) Coaching

End the battle with yourself and find space to flourish

Discover an approach that helps you feel free to be you

Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a clear, compassionate way to understand your mind—and recognise the truth of who you are beneath the patterns you have developed.

It helps you see how past experiences, including those carried through families and generations, can continue to shape your thoughts, beliefs and behaviours today.

IFS can support change in at least two powerful ways.

Firstly, it offers a step-by-step process for working with specific patterns—or parts of you—that may be holding you back.

But IFS is more than a process. Its core principles can transform how you relate to yourself, other people, your work and your relationships.

At the heart of the model is a simple but radical idea: even the parts of us that behave in frustrating, unhelpful or harmful ways are often trying to protect us from pain.

When we understand this, the inner battle begins to soften—and space opens for compassion, healing and lasting change.

Practical and compassionate support for softening the critical voice within.

Each session will include a guided practice followed by open space for sharing, discussion and Q&A.

Explore a recurring pattern, get to know your critic better, and integrate more harmonious ways of thinking.

No ongoing commitment - join when it suits. Each session is different and offers the chance to build upon your understanding of IFS - and yourself.

"I’ve worked with a number of different IFS Practitioners and with Madeline, there is a real commitment to the process of what IFS coaching can do. She understands it to the point where it creates a different level of shift than I've experienced before.

The stress, the anxiety, the worry, the doubt, the fear that I was feeling is noticeably different and as I work more and more with her, the results of how I'm feeling are stacking up.

It’s well worth my time and energy and money to be working with Madeline. She's really world-class at what she does."
