Individual IFS Coaching sessions allow the space to create meaningful transformation, at a pace tailored to the needs of your inner world.
As parts of you release old, heavy and sometimes painful beliefs, emotions and patterns, your entire inner system transforms, influencing how you interact and live in the world around you.
Together we work towards you spending more time leading your life and decisions from your Self— the calm, compassionate and confident you that exists under the surface armoury that might have been on overdrive, until now.

Online IFS Sessions
With hundreds of hours’ experience coaching IFS clients around the world online, Zoom sessions with Madeline provide a safe, connected, healing space.
Arrange IFS coaching from wherever you are, without the travel time, but still with the opportunity for deep work and transformation, in as little as one session.
Zoom sessions are available as a package of three one-hour sessions (to be taken within 6 weeks) for £350.
Typical Components of IFS Coaching
Meeting Your System — Initial Questionnaire
After booking in your sessions, you’ll receive a questionnaire to reflect upon in the lead up to our first meeting. This is designed to help you get the most of our time together.
It will also give me a window into your inner landscape and the parts that are asking for your attention right now, so we can move with intention from the first session.
Bespoke IFS Meditations
Sessions may include a tailored IFS meditation relevant to your current challenges and the part(s) of yourself you wish to get to know better, and help to transform and heal. For example, meditations that help you connect to the courage of your innermost Self, or that help you meet the parts of you activated by another person or situation.
Getting to know your Inner World
You can think of this stage in the same way you would about building relationships with other people, at your most open-hearted and curious.
Some parts of us have been waiting a long time to be witnessed. Rather than feel unwanted or shamed, they want to be recognised for, and return to, their naturally valuable states — and help you in your life, rather than causing problems in your life as they may have done so far.
Positive forward momentum in your life
If your inner world has felt tense, or like you’ve been working in circles, or against yourself for a long time — we’ll create clear steps and accountability for positive, practical change in your life.
Together we will outline your daily commitment to develop the Self-trust and belief that will help you create your most fulfilling and meaningful life, and legacy.
