Online IFS Group Coaching (4 sessions)

Session dates for this group: Mondays 15 June, 22 June, 29 June & 6 July at 14.00-15.00 BST

Internal Family Systems (IFS) reveals that we’re each made up of many parts — inner critics, anxious or perfectionist parts, the protectors working hard on our behalf — and that beneath them all lives a calm, compassionate Self.

These small group sessions are a space to come to know that inner world more deeply, in a safe and supportive intimate group.

If you’ve felt drawn to understand yourself more fully — to ease inner conflict, quieten self-doubt, or simply move through life with more steadiness — this is an invitation to explore, gently and at your own pace.

Across four weekly sessions, we’ll move through a range of themes via guided exercises and reflection: meeting the “tricky” parts and the protective roles they play, accessing more of your natural Self-energy (calm, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity and wisdom), helping protective parts soften, and gently releasing what no longer serves you.

Each 60-minute session is different, with the agenda held loosely so it can best support the group. You’re invited to take part as much as feels right; sharing is always optional.

No prior experience with IFS is needed, just a genuine curiosity about your inner world. (This is a coaching and personal-development group — not a replacement for therapy, and not designed for those in crisis.)
